Whether you have specific dimensions, wood types, or unique details in mind, we are here to make it happen. Let’s create something truly one-of-a-kind that fits perfectly in your home. Our Process
Design
Complete our custom project form and collaborate with us to bring your ideas to life. Our standard design package features 3 initial concepts and 3 revisions of your chosen design. From size and wood species to compatibility with your existing furniture, we cover every detail to deliver a truly personalized creation. A $100 deposit, credited toward your order total, secures your design package and ensures we can dedicate the time and care your project deserves.
Build
Once your design is finalized, we schedule your project in our custom shop queue. During the build, you’ll receive regular updates on progress and timeline, along with samples, such as wood finishes, to confirm every detail meets your expectations. Depending on complexity, the process can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.
Enjoy
When your piece is complete, it will be delivered and ready to enjoy. Our commitment doesn’t stop there, however, as we provide a detailed care guide to help keep each order looking its best. And if life happens (yes, even curious cats), we also offer refinishing and repair services for most pieces to ensure your furniture stays beautiful for years to come.
